Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven sales and marketing strategies to promote Global Doctorâs healthcare services in Bali.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners, to expand market presence.
- Create compelling marketing materials (digital and print) tailored to healthcare audiences, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the medical team to educate clients on service offerings and value propositions.
- Manage CRM systems to track leads, sales pipelines, and client interactions efficiently.
- Organize and participate in healthcare events, webinars, and trade shows to boost brand visibility.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to senior management for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, social media, email campaigns) and CRM software.
