Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers to drive product adoption.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the flooring industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, digital campaigns, and social media content.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular reports to management with actionable recommendations.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail, construction, or home improvement sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies tailored to local markets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
