Responsibility
- Host high-energy, engaging livestream sessions on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Live, and other platforms to promote products and drive sales.
- Develop and execute creative scripts, product demonstrations, and interactive segments to captivate audiences and boost conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and inventory teams to align livestream content with campaigns, promotions, and stock availability.
- Monitor real-time audience engagement (comments, questions, reactions) and respond promptly to build trust and close sales.
- Track key performance metrics (viewership, engagement rate, conversion rate, revenue) and provide actionable insights to optimize future sessions.
- Stay updated on social commerce trends, platform algorithms, and competitor strategies to refine livestream techniques.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through consistent, authentic interactions and follow-up engagement.
- Assist in pre- and post-livestream tasks, including setup, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or live broadcasting (e-commerce, retail, or social media preferred).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a confident, engaging on-camera presence.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Live, and other livestreaming platforms.
- Strong understanding of social commerce trends and consumer behavior in digital marketplaces.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to align with peak audience times.
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of video production tools, lighting, and audio setup for high-quality streams.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia or Mandarin, are a plus).
