Responsibility
- Represent leading brands at high-traffic venues, ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling, and promotions to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venue managers, clients, and customers.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve brand strategies and campaigns.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and activations.
- Track and report on campaign performance, including sales metrics and customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance promotional strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (prior brand ambassador experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Outgoing, confident, and energetic personality with a passion for engaging with people.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, in various locations across Bali.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
