Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify and engage with potential clients through outreach, networking, and digital campaigns.
- Create and manage promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Collaborate with the product and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling messaging.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Track and report on KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, lead generation, ROI) to measure campaign success.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in Bali.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with the Bali market is a plus.
