As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will oversee modern trade channels, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure exceptional customer relationships while achieving revenue targets. Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in modern trade channels.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue in assigned territories (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and retail chains.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure compliance with sales strategies, merchandising standards, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to align sales efforts with product launches, promotions, and inventory management.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Maximum age of 28 years old.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, modern trade, or key account management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Strong understanding of modern trade dynamics, retail operations, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
