Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company revenue targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and client outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term growth.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content marketing, to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development efforts.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Experience in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, social media platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
