Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business clients in Bali, focusing on SMEs, e-commerce, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities in the logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, presentations, and tailored service proposals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by proactively engaging with prospects and converting leads into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize promotions, events, and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including performance metrics, market feedback, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay updated on J&T Expressâs service offerings and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record of at least 1-2 years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in logistics, courier services, or B2B sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Baliâs business landscape and local market dynamics is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
