Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value partnerships with banks, merchants, e-commerce platforms, and financial institutions.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and results.
- Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Design and implement GTM plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email) to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and drive conversions.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and market insights to refine strategies, optimize performance, and measure ROI across all initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts with AsiaPay’s solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by expanding the customer base and increasing transaction volumes.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8+ years in sales, business development, or marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within fintech, payments, or e-commerce.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital payments, merchant acquiring, or financial technology ecosystems in Southeast Asia.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute long-term growth strategies with a focus on scalability and profitability.
- Leadership Skills: Strong people management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and performance metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Networking & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills to secure partnerships and close high-value deals.
- Digital Savvy: Experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid advertising, and social media strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
