Based in Baliās key locationsāCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badungāthis role offers flexibility and the chance to make a real impact in a thriving market.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Umrah and Hajj packages.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and community leaders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and presentations.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, seminars, and community outreach programs.
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, travel policies, and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations, preferably in the travel or service industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the travel industry and a deep understanding of Umrah/Hajj services.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
