Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to expand the company's presence in Bali.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with local businesses, distributors, and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
