Responsibility

  • Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, and attendee communications for virtual and in-person events.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and content creation to promote events and brand initiatives.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budget tracking, and reporting to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create visually engaging materials (e.g., banners, presentations, digital assets) for events and marketing.
  • Monitor event performance metrics and provide post-event analysis to optimize future strategies.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to align on event objectives and deliverables.
  • Maintain up-to-date databases of contacts, sponsors, and event-related documentation.
  • Support ad-hoc marketing tasks, including copywriting, SEO optimization, and market research as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or administrative support (remote work experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with social media platforms.
