In this role, you will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and TikTok to generate qualified leads, boost brand visibility, and maximize ROI. Your expertise in audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analytics will be key to driving measurable business growth.

Responsibility
- Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to refine targeting strategies.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to measure campaign performance and adjust bids, creatives, and budgets accordingly.
- Create and test high-converting ad copy, landing pages, and visuals to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align ad strategies with lead generation and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare detailed reports and insights for stakeholders, highlighting campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage ad spend budgets efficiently to maximize returns while minimizing waste.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for ad copy and team collaboration.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and how they intersect with paid advertising.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet tight deadlines.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar are a plus.
