Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share for bakery and confectionery ingredients in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, restaurants, and food manufacturers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights in the F&B industry.
  • Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to promote product lines and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to gather client feedback and tailor solutions to market needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to track performance and inform business decisions.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events in Bali and beyond.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the F&B, ingredients, or food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
  • Deep understanding of bakery and confectionery trends, ingredients, and customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
