Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to promote solar energy solutions in Bali.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including homeowners, businesses, and government entities, to generate leads.
- Conduct market research to understand local energy needs and tailor solar solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the benefits of solar installations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate project scoping, pricing, and client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies effectively.
- Track sales performance, report on KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in renewable energy or construction.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, benefits, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to promoting green energy solutions.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
