Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for cash loan and multi-purpose loan products, focusing on two-wheeler financing.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, including booking quality, portfolio growth, and customer acquisition costs.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify market opportunities and tailor campaigns to local needs in Bali and other key regions.
- Optimize digital and traditional marketing channels to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Conduct competitive analysis to refine product positioning and pricing strategies.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with on-ground execution and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting and personalization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and optimizing portfolio performance for loan products.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) to interpret sales and market data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Experience in the Indonesian market, particularly in Bali or Java, is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
