Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies focused on short-form video and social media to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Create, curate, and optimize high-engagement content (videos, graphics, copy) tailored for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Manage and scale paid social media campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, engagement) to refine strategies and report insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and revenue goals, ensuring seamless handoffs from digital touchpoints to conversions.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep campaigns competitive and innovative.
- Build and nurture community engagement through interactive content, influencer partnerships, and responsive social media management.
- Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, competitors, and opportunities for differentiation in Bali’s digital landscape.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, social media management, or sales, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Expertise in short-form video production (scripting, filming, editing) and platform-specific optimization (e.g., TikTok, Reels).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager) and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles to enhance organic and paid reach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt strategies based on data and feedback.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales funnels and lead nurturing techniques is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
