Responsibility
- Identify, prospect, and convert new leads, including e-commerce businesses (UKM), SMEs, and large enterprises requiring bulk shipping solutions.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to expand JNE’s client base in Bali’s key regions (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their logistics needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns that highlight JNE’s services and drive lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in Bali’s logistics and e-commerce sectors.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability while delivering exceptional value.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
- Represent JNE at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of the Bali market, including key business hubs like Canggu, Ubud, and Denpasar.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
