Responsibility

  • Plan, organize, and execute health supplement promotional events across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop event concepts, themes, and promotional strategies that align with business goals.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution, from logistics to on-site management.
  • Engage with attendees, healthcare professionals, and potential clients to promote Antarmitra Sembada’s health supplement products and drive sales.
  • Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in budget management for events, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to propose innovative event ideas.
  • Support the sales team in achieving targets by generating leads and fostering long-term client relationships through events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in event management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, health, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for health and wellness.
