Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and execute health supplement promotional events across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop event concepts, themes, and promotional strategies that align with business goals.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution, from logistics to on-site management.
- Engage with attendees, healthcare professionals, and potential clients to promote Antarmitra Sembada’s health supplement products and drive sales.
- Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and prepare post-event reports to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in budget management for events, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to propose innovative event ideas.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by generating leads and fostering long-term client relationships through events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in event management, sales, or a related role, preferably in the pharmaceutical, health, or FMCG industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for health and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Experience in sales or client-facing roles is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across Bali for events and client meetings.
