Responsibility

- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media, and email marketing.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
- Analyze performance metrics and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the market.
- Implement SEO and content marketing strategies to enhance organic search visibility.
- Manage customer feedback and reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in ecommerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, Shopify).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian ecommerce landscape is a plus.
