Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new customers, including restaurants, hotels, retailers, and wholesalers in Bali.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business.
- Promote and sell the company’s full range of poultry products (chicken, duck) and frozen food items.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, food distribution, or poultry products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market landscape, including key players in hospitality and retail.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Bali.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
