Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract customers seeking motorcycle BPKB-backed loans.
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound calls, field visits, and digital outreach in Badung and surrounding areas.
- Educate customers on loan terms, interest rates, and repayment plans, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting leads into approved loan applications.
- Collaborate with the internal team to streamline loan processing and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, applications, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the financial sector.
- Participate in local promotional events, partnerships, and community outreach to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services (preferably in loan or microfinance sectors).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with BPKB collateral loans, motorbike financing, or similar products is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team.
- Willingness to travel within Badung, Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Kuta) for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software for data management and reporting.
