Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our retailer network in Bali’s key markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Identify and engage potential clients, including toy stores, entertainment retailers, and distributors.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns for new product launches.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in sales, preferably in toys, entertainment, or FMCG distribution.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Deep understanding of the Bali market and its retail landscape is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
