Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Bali region and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
