Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to promote our medical equipment and healthcare products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
