Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and client engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, digital campaigns, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Leverage CRM tools to track sales pipelines, manage client interactions, and optimize conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in an MNC or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid setting.
