Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns across Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Manage budget allocation and ROI tracking for all marketing initiatives.
- Optimize SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies to maximize visibility and conversions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team to achieve KPIs and business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of scaling brands in e-commerce, DTC, or retail environments.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience working with global distribution networks (Amazon, Shopify, Costco) is highly desirable.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and optimizing performance metrics.
