Responsibility
- Plan and coordinate the company's participation in the Job Fair Disnaker - Gresik, ensuring all logistics and materials are prepared.
- Engage with job fair attendees, providing information about career opportunities and company culture.
- Collect and manage candidate data, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital content.
- Collaborate with the HR team to screen and shortlist potential candidates from the job fair.
- Leverage social media and other digital platforms to promote the job fair and attract attendees.
- Prepare post-event reports, analyzing the success and areas for improvement.
- Maintain relationships with job fair organizers and other stakeholders for future events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HR processes and candidate screening is a plus.
