Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Promote freight forwarding services, including air, sea, and land transportation solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for achieving targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
