Responsibility
- Host engaging and high-energy TikTok Live sessions focused on beauty products, ensuring audience interaction and retention.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of beauty products, including features, benefits, and usage tips, to drive customer interest.
- Utilize TikTok Studio and TikTok Dashboard to optimize live streams, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies in real-time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live streaming schedules, themes, and promotional campaigns.
- Respond to viewer questions and comments professionally, fostering a positive and interactive community.
- Track and analyze live stream performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, TikTok algorithm changes, and best practices for live selling.
- Assist in content creation, including pre- and post-live promotions, to maximize reach and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Live Streaming Host, preferably in the beauty or e-commerce industry.
- Strong familiarity with TikTok Studio, TikTok Dashboard, and live streaming tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with a charismatic on-camera presence.
- Deep understanding of beauty products, skincare routines, and industry trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate live streaming schedules.
- Tech-savvy with a knack for troubleshooting live streaming technical issues.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
