Responsibility
- Identify and acquire new clients seeking cash loans with BPKB (vehicle registration certificate) as collateral.
- Conduct thorough surveys and creditworthiness assessments to evaluate loan eligibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
- Present loan products clearly, addressing client concerns and highlighting benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline loan approval processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and strategic marketing.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or financial services (preferably in loan/credit products).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze financial data and assess client creditworthiness.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a target-based environment.
- Familiarity with BPKB collateral loans or similar financial products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali (Denpasar, Badung, Canggu, Ubud, etc.) for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
