Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to promote Trainovateās training programs in Bali and beyond.
- Identify and engage potential clients through outbound lead generation, networking, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, and industry partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to refine our offerings.
- Collaborate with the content and product teams to tailor training solutions to meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Track and report on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and marketing ROI using CRM tools.
- Represent Trainovate at industry events, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the education or training sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, social media, email campaigns) is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for lead management and reporting.
