Responsibility
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand Omega Sofa’s global market presence.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct overseas client visits to strengthen relationships, understand market needs, and negotiate contracts.
- Identify and target potential customers in key international markets, with a focus on B2B and wholesale channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns, product catalogs, and digital content tailored to international audiences.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing approaches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests to maximize conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing international client relationships and closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of global market dynamics, export/import regulations, and logistics.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to travel internationally for business meetings, exhibitions, and client visits (up to 30-40% travel time).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
