Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including farmers, distributors, and agribusiness partners, to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs in the agricultural sector.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches, promotions, and branding initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and ROI for marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, agricultural technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record of 3+ years in sales and marketing, preferably in the agricultural, agribusiness, or B2B sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in market research, data analysis, and CRM tools to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
