Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the Bali region
- Identify and engage potential clients, including retailers, hotels, resorts, and hospitality businesses
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase Gadingmas Wirajaya’s premium beds and mattresses
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture, hospitality, or retail industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with the Bali market, including key retail and hospitality players
- Ability to travel frequently within the Bali region (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
