Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote electronic appliances, aligning with company goals and market demands.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform product positioning and campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, product development, and design teams to create compelling product messaging and promotional materials.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM, to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches to increase brand presence and generate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders to drive sales and distribution growth.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports to optimize strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for advertising, branding, and promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the electronic appliances or consumer electronics industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation in product promotion.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
