Responsibility

  • Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, Lazada Live) to showcase Sperry products.
  • Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions, addressing concerns, and building rapport to drive conversions.
  • Create compelling, informative, and entertaining content that highlights product features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align live sessions with brand campaigns, sales targets, and seasonal trends.
  • Monitor live sales performance, track key metrics (e.g., viewer count, conversion rate), and provide feedback for optimization.
  • Maintain a professional and energetic on-camera presence, ensuring consistent brand representation.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, inventory availability, and pricing to provide accurate information during live sessions.
  • Assist in post-live follow-ups, such as responding to customer inquiries or directing them to additional resources.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a live seller, host, or in a customer-facing sales role (retail, e-commerce, or social media preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a clear, engaging, and persuasive speaking style.
