Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition in Baliās key locations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging promotional campaigns, including digital, social media, and in-store activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, influencers, and vendors to expand market reach.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize marketing spend and improve ROI.
- Provide business consulting to internal stakeholders on growth opportunities, pricing strategies, and customer experience enhancements.
- Oversee the execution of brand consistency across all touchpoints, including packaging, menus, and online presence.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on marketing performance and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or consulting, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Experience in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media) and traditional marketing channels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
