Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven sales and marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and revenue growth.
- Identify and acquire new clients through cold outreach, networking, and targeted campaigns.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product development and customer service.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand presence.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in Bali or a similar market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms (e.g., social media, email campaigns).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and cultural nuances is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
