Join BFI Finance Indonesia, a leading multifinance company, as a Sales & Marketing Executive specializing in automotive financing. This role is based in our Bekasi branch but supports expansion in Bali’s dynamic markets (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).

Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote BFI Finance’s automotive financing products (car loans, leasing, leaseback).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with dealerships, individuals, and businesses in the Bekasi and Bali regions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements and customer acquisitions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the automotive financing sector.
- Provide consultative sales support, educating clients on financing options, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, underwriting, customer service) to ensure smooth loan processing and approvals.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and digital campaigns to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in multifinance, banking, automotive credit, or leaseback programs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with car financing products, loan structures, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and Bekasi as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
