Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive resort bookings and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertisements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event planners.
- Coordinate and execute promotional events, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet targets.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, website content, and promotional offers.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction through personalized engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, marketing, or hospitality, preferably in a resort or hotel setting.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
