Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, PPC).
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Manage CRM systems and track lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
- Organize events, promotions, and partnerships to expand market reach.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI for stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience in the tech, real estate, or development industry is a plus.
