Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Identify and engage potential customers through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Promote BPR NUSA’s financial products and services to individuals and businesses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.

- Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
