Your role will be pivotal in shaping the company’s sales strategy and achieving ambitious targets in a competitive market.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the wood manufacturing sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with distributors, retailers, and industrial clients in Bali and beyond.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and end-users.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align sales efforts with product development and branding initiatives.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior sales staff to enhance team performance and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in wood manufacturing, timber, or construction materials.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage high-level decision-makers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesia’s wood manufacturing market, including regulations, supply chains, and key players.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
