Responsibility

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects through targeted outreach, networking, and consultative selling.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals and upselling/cross-selling products or services.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets in Bali (e.g., Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran) and beyond.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product/service portfolio to deliver compelling pitches.
  • Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, handle objections, and secure favorable terms for both clients and the company.

Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a history of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and verbal) with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with B2B or B2C sales (preferably in tech, finance, real estate, or consulting) is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and sales automation platforms.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection, adapt to feedback, and persist in a competitive environment.
  • Local Advantage: Existing network or experience in Bali’s business landscape is beneficial but not required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
