Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the ward consumables segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional materials.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or biotech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical products, especially ward consumables, is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
