Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and training sessions for healthcare professionals to ensure proper usage and maximum efficacy of medical devices.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth in assigned territories.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including hospitals, clinics, and private practitioners.
- Gather and analyze market feedback to refine product positioning and address customer needs effectively.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and regulatory requirements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to stakeholders, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our medical devices.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Kromax’s brand and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical device sales, product management, or clinical support, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, compliance standards (e.g., ISO 13485), and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
