Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups using clinic software.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and inventory management of clinic supplies.
- Support chiropractors during patient consultations by preparing treatment rooms and necessary equipment.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing clear and helpful information to patients and visitors.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to streamline operations and enhance patient care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
