Responsibility
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve individual and collective KPIs.
- Identify and expand into new market segments, leveraging local insights in Bali’s key business districts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with corporate partners, distributors, and high-value customers.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust tactics to optimize results.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales and promotional campaigns for maximum impact.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in Indonesia’s retail, hospitality, or service sectors.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Willingness to travel across Bali’s key regions as needed.
