Responsibility
- Develop and execute bancassurance sales strategies to promote Sun Life’s insurance and investment products through bank partnerships.
- Conduct financial needs assessments for bank customers and recommend tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff, branch managers, and key stakeholders to drive referrals and sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings to deliver informed advice.
- Participate in training programs, sales meetings, and performance reviews to enhance skills and productivity.
- Document and report sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, banking, or financial advisory roles (bancassurance experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with insurance products, investment solutions, and financial planning.
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet clients and bank partners as needed.
- Possess or willing to obtain relevant certifications (e.g., AAJI, OJK) for financial advisory roles.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional local languages are advantageous).
